MIRRA is a trading copilot for futures traders. It connects to your prop or brokerage account, mirrors trades to follower accounts, tracks performance, and wraps everything with risk guard, stats, and membership controls.

We never hold your funds. MIRRA only uses API access to read account data and route orders back to your broker.

MIRRA connects via your broker’s official API (e.g., Tradovate) using secure OAuth flows. You sign in on the broker’s page, they hand MIRRA a time-limited access token, and we use that token to read balances, PnL, and place trades when you authorize it.

You can see all active connections under ACCOUNTS → Connections and disconnect anything in one click.

A Leader is the primary account placing trades. A Follower is any account that copies the Leader’s trades with a multiplier.

You can set one Leader and multiple Followers. MIRRA will watch the Leader for fills and mirror those orders to Followers while your engine is set to ACTIVE.

MIRRA listens to your Leader account in real time via a WebSocket connection. Whenever a fill event hits (Buy/Sell), the engine checks your system status, risk settings, and connection health. If everything is green, it routes equivalent orders to each Follower, scaled by their configured multiplier.

If the engine is PAUSED, trades are ignored but your stats still update.

RISK GUARD lets you define guardrails like maximum daily loss, max contracts, max trades per day, and allowed instruments. When enabled, MIRRA checks incoming trade events before sending follower orders and can block trades that would violate your rules.

If you hit a lockout condition, the system can automatically pause and lock trading for a set number of hours to protect your account.

Yes. The FLATTEN endpoint will loop through each connected account, request open positions from your broker, and send market orders to flatten any net position it finds.

This is designed for emergencies — use it when things feel out of control and you want to be flat everywhere fast.

MIRRA logs each trade event with symbol, side, size, price, timestamp, and PnL. From there it calculates:

Win rate, profit factor, net PnL, average win/loss, instrument breakdown, and time-of-day stats. The equity curve is built by walking each closed trade and summing PnL over time.

Strategy performance is grouped by the strategy tags you assign to each trade.

The Dashboard focuses on live health — system status, leader/follower overview, quick PnL snapshots, and controls for starting or pausing the engine.

PERFORMANCE is your analytics lab: trade history, instrument heatmaps, time-of-day stats, equity curve, and strategy breakdown so you can refine how you trade.

MIRRA tracks your subscription tier and trial inside the app. If your trial or plan expires, the engine automatically pauses and won’t mirror any new trades until your membership is active again.

You can always view your current tier, status, and renewal details under the MEMBERSHIP section.

When your trial’s expiry_date is reached, MIRRA:

1) Pauses the engine, 2) Prevents new trades from being mirrored, and 3) Keeps your data, stats, and settings intact so you can resume instantly after upgrading.

You will see clear messaging in the UI when your account is locked by an expired subscription.

The referral program gives you a Mirra referral code you can share with other traders. When someone signs up using your code and activates, your referral count moves closer to your reward target.

After you hit the target (for example, 3 successful referrals), MIRRA unlocks a comped PRO period and can reset or increase the next target for continued rewards.

MIRRA is designed to support unique one-time invite codes for each new trader you invite. Each code is generated from your account, tied back to you, and marked as used once a signup is successfully completed.

This makes it easy to track who came from where, avoid abuse, and give you accurate credit for each trader you bring into the ecosystem.

No. MIRRA is non-custodial. Your capital always sits with your broker (prop firm or clearing firm). MIRRA interacts with your account by:

• Reading balances and PnL
• Placing or closing orders via the broker’s API when you have explicitly connected

We never hold deposits or withdrawals inside MIRRA.

MIRRA’s engine runs on the server, not your local machine. If your personal internet drops but MIRRA’s server and your broker are still online, the engine can still receive fills and mirror them.

If the WebSocket to your broker disconnects, MIRRA will attempt to reconnect and log the event. You’ll see status updates in the UI if the engine can’t stay connected.

The engine is designed to support multiple connection types (e.g., Tradovate, Rithmic, etc.). Each connection is stored under connections with its own access token and attached accounts.

As integrations are added, you’ll be able to combine different brokers into one Leader / Follower configuration.

The SIGNAL MARKET is a curated leaderboard of broadcasters (leaders) and their strategies. It shows PnL, win rate, copier count, and other key metrics so traders can discover and evaluate potential leaders to follow.

Over time, this market ties into Stripe so that leaders can charge for access while MIRRA handles the revenue split.

Stripe Connect lets MIRRA create Express accounts for broadcasters so they can receive subscription revenue from followers. MIRRA can apply a platform fee (for example, 20%) while the rest goes directly to the leader.

All of this is handled through Stripe’s rails — MIRRA never stores your card details or payout banking info directly.

Coach Vance is MIRRA’s built-in AI trading mentor. Under the hood, your trade history and stats are summarized into a system prompt, and the AI responds to your questions with stern, risk-focused feedback.

The goal isn’t hype — it’s discipline. Expect blunt commentary on overtrading, risk misuse, and emotional decisions based on your recent performance.

No. MIRRA is a tools platform, not an investment advisor. It helps you execute, track, and manage risk but does not guarantee profits or outcomes.

All trading involves risk, including the risk of total loss. You are fully responsible for the decisions and strategies you run through MIRRA.

If something feels off — trades not mirroring, stats not updating, or UI behaving weird — first make sure your engine is ACTIVE, risk isn't locked, and your broker connection is still valid.

If it still looks wrong, grab screenshots, note the time it happened, and reach out through the in-app support channel or your current community hub. The more specific your notes, the easier it is to debug.

Webhooks let you automate trades from TradingView or other platforms. MIRRA gives you a unique URL — when TradingView alerts hit that URL, MIRRA executes the trade on your accounts.

Requirements: WHALE tier subscription. Your engine must be ON and your Leader account must be flat for webhook signals to execute.

Personal webhooks can be used on any account type including prop firm accounts.

Important: Marketplace signals (from broadcasters you subscribe to) can only go to personal live accounts — not prop firm or demo accounts. This keeps you compliant with prop firm terms of service.

Your own personal webhooks are different — those can be used on any account type.

ROOKIE ($59/mo): Copy trading, basic risk guard (daily loss), analytics, journal.

PRO ($99/mo): Everything in ROOKIE plus advanced risk (weekly loss, profit targets, trade limits), behavioral insights, priority support.

WHALE ($199/mo): Everything in PRO plus webhook automation, trailing drawdown, ability to become a marketplace broadcaster.

Share your referral code. When someone signs up and subscribes to a paid tier (not just trial), you earn progress toward a free month.

Requirements: ROOKIE needs 3 referrals, PRO needs 5, WHALE needs 10 for one free month.

The Network is MIRRA's community for futures traders. It includes a main feed for discussion and topic-based Rooms organized by instrument (ES, NQ, CL), strategy (scalping, swing), or topic (psychology, discipline).

Connect with traders who share your interests and learn from each other.

Visit the Tutorials section in the app for video guides on:

• Connecting your broker accounts
• Setting up copy trading
• Configuring Risk Guard
• Using the journal and analytics
• Setting up TradingView webhooks

When your engine is ON, MIRRA automatically refreshes your Tradovate tokens in the background to prevent expiry.

When your engine is OFF and your token expires, you'll see a notification asking you to reconnect (re-authenticate) your broker session.

Still stuck? Use the calendar, risk, and coach screens together — MIRRA works best when you treat it like a trading cockpit, not just a PnL viewer.
